The Fryson Method™, Institute curriculum, educational frameworks, and related content remain the exclusive property of Dr. Fryson Spiritual Wellness Center, Inc.


6. Limited License

Upon purchase or enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased materials for your personal educational use.

You may not:

  • Reproduce course materials
  • Share account access
  • Resell content
  • Republish materials
  • Distribute downloads
  • Upload Institute content to public platforms
  • Create derivative training programs based on Institute materials without written permission

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.


7. Certification Programs

Completion of a certification program indicates successful completion of Institute educational requirements.

Institute certifications:

  • Are educational credentials only
  • Do not constitute state licensure
  • Do not authorize medical practice
  • Do not authorize mental health treatment
  • Do not create professional credentials where licensing is required by law

8. Student Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes:

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for violations of this section.


9. Community and Discussion Areas

Any information shared within discussion forums, memberships, community spaces, or live events may be visible to other participants.

Students are responsible for protecting their own privacy and exercising discretion when sharing personal information.


10. User-Generated Content

By submitting comments, assignments, testimonials, reviews, forum posts, images, or other content, you grant the Institute a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with Institute operations.

You retain ownership of your original content.


11. Purchases and Payments

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before access is granted to paid programs.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing
  • Offer promotions
  • Discontinue products
  • Modify program offerings

Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.


12. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on a specific sales page:

Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final.

Online Courses

Refund requests may be considered within fourteen (14) days of purchase if less than twenty-five percent (25%) of course content has been accessed.

Certifications, Memberships, Coaching, and Live Programs

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

The Institute reserves sole discretion regarding refunds.


13. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, business success, professional advancement, spiritual development, health improvements, or personal transformation.

Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

Testimonials and examples are not guarantees of future results.


14. Assumption of Risk

Students voluntarily participate in educational activities and assume responsibility for their decisions and actions.

You acknowledge that:

  • Spiritual practices may produce emotional responses.
  • Wellness recommendations may affect individuals differently.
  • Educational exercises should be undertaken at your own discretion.

You agree to seek appropriate professional assistance when needed.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Fryson Spiritual Wellness Center, Inc., its officers, directors, instructors, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.


19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
